LAB INTRODUCTION
The research interests of our group are Apparel Engineering and Digital Convergence in IT and Fashion

1. Apparel Engineering : We have studied apparel system to make high-value-added apparel and textile products. To implement this system, we are using computer application and web technologies. Moreover, quality control system is also studied.
2. Digital Convergence in IT and Fashion : The concept of i-Fashion is paying careful attention to the creation of new high value added processes, by linking some different IT approaches with existing development methods. We are seeking to create a new knowledge-intensive value added process not previously seen in fashion. To implement i-Fashion technology, we have studied IT-related technologies, such as a 3D body scanner, 3D avatar, virtual wearing, virtual reality, RFID communication, DID (Digital Information Display), and DTP(Digital Textile Printing), etc.
